What we collect

The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, phone number and trip preferences so The Reserve team can respond to you. The email signup asks only for your email address. Both forms require you to agree before anything is sent.

Where it goes

When you send an inquiry or sign up for updates, your submission is emailed directly to The Reserve team. This website does not store inquiries or signups, and nothing you enter is saved on the site itself. The Reserve team keeps your message in its own email account so it can reply and follow up with you.

Email updates

A request about a hunt does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Email updates require a separate opt-in, and you can ask to be removed at any time by replying to any message from The Reserve.

Tracking

This website does not use advertising pixels or analytics tools. If you arrive through a campaign link and later send an inquiry, the campaign reference can be included with that inquiry so we know how you found us.
